Gin Sushi - Lobster Special

I usually don’t like specialty rolls unless it consists mainly of fresh, raw ingredients. This was definitely a surprise. The sweet sticky rice had a nice taste and the “lobster” (crawfish) tails combined with the scallops and spicy mayo/ponzu sauce was pretty delish. Their rolls are fairly cheap too. Try this if you’re ever in the Pasadena area.
